The real problem
Why almost everyone ends up switching their alarm off
It isn't burglary. It's that the system goes off when it shouldn't, the owner gets tired of it and disconnects it. From that moment on they are paying for zero protection.
The dog, the boar and the wind
A motion detector can't tell the difference. Manufacturers quote pet immunity of around 25 kg — a wild boar weighs far more, and in Marbella, Malaga and Fuengirola it is a documented problem. Only image classification solves it.
Systems that no longer work
Drifted sensors, a full disk, an expired SIM, a router with no backup power. The commonest real cause of a completed burglary isn't a missing alarm: it's a badly maintained one.
Salt air and heat
What lasts ten years inland is destroyed in two on the front line. The weak point isn't the camera: it's the bracket, the screw and the cable gland. Here you have to install differently.

Technology
Four ways to see what happens outside
Radar and laser tell you that something is happening, and where. The camera tells you what it is. On their own, each gets it wrong. Together, they don't.
Movement in space
It doesn't see light, it sees moving mass. Shadows, headlights, rain and an insect on the lens don't affect it, and it can be set to ignore wind-blown vegetation.
Invisible laser curtain
It measures distance and lets you define, zone by zone, what size of object counts. It's the only way to reliably ignore a cat and still detect someone crawling.
Heat, not image
Works in total darkness, can't be blinded by light and isn't fooled by shadows. Ideal for large plots and long lines of sight.
The camera that knows what it sees
It doesn't say "movement": it says person, vehicle or animal. The animal category is what stops you being woken at night by a wild boar.

A walk around the plot, measurements, photos, and the questions that decide the design: how many months you are away, what animals there are, who comes in when you're not here.
Design and quote
A coverage plan, the chosen technology and why, and a fixed quote. No equipment lists that are impossible to compare.
Installation and tuning
Fitting, configuration, and the work almost nobody does: tuning the system until it stops false-alarming on your dog and your garden.
Handover dossier
Inventory with serial numbers, coverage plan, photos, configured parameters and what to do when an alert arrives. In your language.
Honesty
What we do not do
We would rather say it in the first conversation than in the small print.

And two facts you can check yourself.
Home burglary in the province of Malaga fell by 23.9% in 2025 (Ministry of the Interior). We don't sell fear: if someone tells you burglaries are soaring, check it.
And the drought was officially declared over in April 2026. If someone sells you a leak detector "because of the drought", they are working from out-of-date information. Water detection is for something else: a burst pipe in an empty house runs for weeks, and the damage isn't the water bill — it's the floor, the furniture and the structure.
