The reason people switch their alarm off is simple: it goes off at everything. A leaf, a cat, a shadow, and the phone rings at 3 a.m. again. AI is the layer that breaks that cycle: on every detection, the camera classifies what it is — person, vehicle or animal — and assigns a confidence. Only when that confidence clears the threshold, and agrees with the radar or LiDAR detection, does the alert fire.

That double agreement — something moves AND the image confirms it is a person — is what turns dozens of useless triggers a month into the two or three alerts that actually matter. It does not replace the AI that decides or the radar that covers volume: it combines with them. Thermal puts eyes where there is no light; the AI says whether that heat is a person, a wild boar or a car's hot engine.

Not everyone needs to start from zero. Many your area villas already have cabling, a recorder or cameras that — depending on model and condition — can be reused. Ripping it all out to sell more is not honest.
