Both: upgrading existing systems is one of our two service lines, alongside installing from scratch. A survey with a photo report, reuse of whatever is sound, and one fixed price.
How much does a security system cost here?
It depends on the plot, not the catalogue: surface, subdivision, sight lines, distance to the sea and existing infrastructure. We do not quote by phone; after the visit you get one fixed price.
Do you only work with private homes?
Yes, exclusively: villas, chalets, fincas and urbanisation houses. Not shops or communities as such, though we do cover the individual home inside an urbanisation.
Are you connected to an alarm receiving centre?
No. We are not an ARC and provide no guarding, patrol or physical response: alerts, with an image, reach your phone directly. No compulsory fee.
Is there a monthly fee?
Not a compulsory one. The system works and alerts without a fee; maintenance is optional, with no lock-in, and is not an alarm-receiving-centre service.
Do you install alarms with no monthly fees?
Yes — that is our model. “No fees” here means no receiving centre and no monthly payment for the system to work. You are the owner and the alert reaches you directly.
Do you work in English?
Yes, in English and Spanish, including the handover documentation — a large share of our clients are foreign owners.
What if my alarm gives lots of false alarms?

Can you protect a house that stands empty for months?

Is it legal to run cameras at my home in Spain?
Yes, with conditions: an information sign, angles limited to your property (no excess street, never the neighbour's plot) and one month maximum retention. We configure and document it.
How long does installation take?
It depends on the project, but most homes are done in a few days. We give a fixed timeframe in the quote, not an open-ended estimate.
Do you provide a warranty and documentation?
Yes: a handover dossier with inventory, serial numbers, coverage plan, configured settings and what to do on an alert — in your language.

Transparency
What we don't do, said plainly
Technical honesty starts with the limits. We are not an alarm receiving centre (ARC) and provide no guarding, patrol or physical response, and we do not guarantee the intervention of the security forces: the systems we install are not connected to a central station, and the alert, with an image, reaches you directly. No compulsory fee.
Nor do we promise that nothing can ever get in. No system is infallible. What a good perimeter does is detect earlier, verify with an image and give you time and evidence to act — alert, light up, record — while the intruder is still at the fence and not in the living room.
We work only with private homes — villas, chalets and fincas in your area — because it is what we do well. We would rather tell you what a system does not cover before installing it than after.
The process
From the visit to a fixed quote
On-site technical visit
We walk the plot with you: boundaries, access points, blind spots, vegetation and where an intruder would actually come from. Without this visit there is no serious quote, because every plot in your area has its own geometry.
Shadow and sight-line map
We mark where radar covers the open volume, where a hedge or wall casts a shadow, and which critical planes — glass facade, gate, low wall — call for a LiDAR curtain.
Layered design
We choose which layer solves each stretch: radar for the garden, LiDAR for the fine plane, thermal for the long unlit line, AI to decide. Neither too much nor too little.
Fixed quote
You get a fixed written price, with the specific equipment and the reason for it. What you see is what you pay; no surprises halfway through.
Install, test and handover
We mount, configure and test detection with real walk-throughs. We hand the system over working, explained and documented in your language.
Radar
Why the radar shadow is measured on the ground
Perimeter radar covers thousands of square metres from a single unit and is unaffected by rain, shadow or vegetation, because it measures movement in a volume, not an image. But that volume is not a perfect semicircle on a flat plane: a dense hedge, a low wall, the slope of the plot or a parked vehicle each cast a shadow where the radar cannot see.
That is why setting-out in your area is not done on a cadastral drawing but by walking the plot. We mount the unit at the right height — around 3.5 m — and check with real walk-throughs where coverage begins and ends, where two objects closer than three metres merge into one, and which stretches need a second layer. That shadow map is what separates a system that truly warns from one that leaves a blind corridor along the wall.
The radar also classifies person, vehicle and unknown object, and filters small objects — a cat, a rabbit — and things that sway in the wind, such as a branch. That is the first sieve before the image confirms.
Wildlife
Wild boar, dogs and the noise that kills alarms
In this province the wild boar is no rural anecdote: it is documented inside the urban core. A study by the veterinary association distributed the sightings with Marbella at 40%, Málaga at 30%, Fuengirola at 22.5% and Benahavís at 7.5%. Add to that deer, foxes and, indoors, your own dog.
To a blind motion detector, all of that is an alarm. To a system with image classification, they are animals: recorded, not waking you. In your area that is not a luxury, it is the requirement for the system to still be switched on after the first month.
The fine tuning — what size counts as a person, which zone is watched at night, what is ignored — is done on site, with the real wildlife of your plot, not with factory defaults.
Autonomy
A system that doesn't fall when the network does
Many modern systems depend on the cloud for the essentials: lose the internet and they stop detecting. On a your area finca or villa, where power and network cuts are part of life, that is a design fault.
That is why the critical chain we install is local: detection, logic and siren live in the house itself and keep working without internet. The cloud is there to alert you and to let you see the image, not to decide. A power backup keeps the system up through outages, and the alert to your phone uses the mobile network, with a second path when the fixed line fails.
The result is a system that protects the same on the day everything works and the day the power, the fibre or both go down. Deterrence cannot depend on the router being on.
Data protection
Cameras that obey the law, not dodge it
A camera that sees beyond your fence can become a legal problem instead of protection. Spanish data-protection rules (LOPDGDD, art. 22) are clear: a visible information sign, a frame limited to your property and access points, and image retention of one month at most unless required otherwise.
We treat this as part of the project, not as paperwork afterwards. We minimise the field of view to your plot, place the mandatory signage and set retention to the legal limit. In your area, where many plots border the street or a neighbour, framing well from the start avoids the complaints that year after year rank among the most frequent before the data-protection agency.
Recording well is also recording within the law: an image obtained correctly is usable; one obtained by intruding on a neighbour can turn against you.
