Privacy policy

Processing of personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). This is a courtesy translation; the Spanish version prevails.

2. What data we process and why

  • Contact data provided through the form or by email, phone or WhatsApp (name, email, phone, municipality and the content of your message), in order to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, prepare a quote.
  • Site visit and project data, where a contractual relationship exists, in order to deliver the contracted service and any subsequent maintenance.

No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.

  • Consent of the data subject, for handling enquiries (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, for quotes and projects (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Compliance with legal obligations, in particular tax and accounting (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Retention

Enquiry data that does not lead to a contract is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and thereafter for a maximum of to complete period. Data arising from a contractual relationship is kept for the duration of that relationship and afterwards for the legally required periods.

5. Recipients

Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. Web hosting, email and form providers may access data as processors under an Art. 28 GDPR agreement: to complete providers.

6. International transfers

This site loads typefaces from a third-party service, which may involve transmitting the visitor's IP address outside the European Economic Area. To review: self-hosting the fonts is recommended to avoid this.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to oficina@aiperimetersystems.eu, stating the right you wish to exercise. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Cookies

This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies of its own, and stores no information on the visitor's device beyond what is strictly necessary. If analytics are added later, a consent banner and a cookie policy will be required.

9. Images captured by the systems we install

In the domestic video-surveillance systems we install, the data controller for the images is the homeowner, not the installer. Our role is limited to configuring the system technically according to the client's instructions and the applicable rules. Where maintenance with remote access is contracted, that access is limited to configuration and technical diagnostics, and its terms are set out in the relevant service agreement.
