Upgrade what you have, or start from scratch

We work exclusively with private homes in the province of Malaga. In both cases the goal is the same: a system that is still switched on five years from now.

Line A

Upgrading existing systems

With AI, LiDAR and radar. You don't have to replace everything — you have to find out what's missing.

What we almost always find

  • The router isn't on the UPS, only the recorder. In a power cut the system records but doesn't alert.
  • There is no heartbeat check. If the internet drops, the owner never finds out. Silence isn't safety.
  • The microphone is enabled by default on the cameras. An unnecessary legal risk.
  • The field of view covers a neighbour's property or the public road. The number one cause of complaints and disputes.
  • The system is switched off because of false alarms.
  • There is no water leak protection at all.
  • Retention is set to 90 days. The legal maximum in Spain is one month.

What we do

  • Full technical inspection with a photographic report
  • Reuse of cameras and cabling that are in good condition
  • AI recorder, or an analysis unit that adds person, vehicle and animal recognition to existing cameras
  • A new perimeter layer: radar, LiDAR or beam, depending on the terrain
  • Image verification on every alert
  • Corrected mounting heights and angles, tuned to your dog
  • Backup power across the whole chain and a second communication path
  • Retention set correctly, audio disabled, coverage plan documented

We always start with an inspection. Fixed price, half a day, photographic report. If the system is fine, we'll tell you that too.

Line B

New system installation

A complete project, with the technology chosen for the terrain rather than for the catalogue.

Two-layer decision chain with an independent relay branchFlow diagram. The first layer detects and yields position, size and velocity. The second layer verifies with imaging and yields class and confidence. Only when both agree inside a time window is a notification raised. In parallel, a relay output drives siren and lighting without depending on the network. LAYER 1 · DETECTIONradar / LiDAR position · size · velocity COINCIDENCE (LOGICAL AND)Δt ≤ 5 s LAYER 2 · VERIFICATIONAI camera / thermal class · confidence over threshold NOTIFICATION push + image sequence RELAY OUTPUT · DRY CONTACThard-wired, in parallel OUTDOOR SIRENmax. 60 s · 85 dBA at 3 m ZONE LIGHTINGimmediate deterrence The relay branch works with no network, no internet and no cloud. Málaga city noise ordinance · system not connected to an alarm receiving centre
Why two layers. A single layer forces a choice between missing events and living with false alarms. With two, a notification is raised only when detection and verification agree inside a time window. The relay branch is deliberately independent: siren and light fire over wire even with the network down.
PERIMETER

Early detection

Radar for open ground, LiDAR for one specific critical plane — the glazed frontage, the cellar, the top of a wall — beams or curtains for fence runs, thermal for long sight lines.

VERIFICATION

AI cameras

Person, vehicle and animal classification. The alert only goes out when both layers agree: that is what eliminates false alarms.

ACCESS

Gate and driveway

Vehicle detection on the drive, video entry, and scheduled credentials for the gardener, the pool service or the cleaner. Nobody needs a key.

WATER

Automatic shut-off

Leak detection with mains valve closure. It can be linked to arming the alarm: when you leave, the house shuts the water off by itself.

CONTINUITY

Power and internet

UPS across the whole chain, a second communication path independent of the router, and an hourly heartbeat so an outage becomes an alert rather than silence.

COAST

The right materials

On the front line, marine-grade stainless steel on brackets, fixings and cable glands — not just on the camera. Plus sun shields and orientation designed for a Malaga summer.

Maintenance

What keeps the system alive

Installation is the one-off part. On this coast, salt air and heat work against the equipment every single day.

ServiceWhat it includes
HeartbeatHourly confirmation that the system is alive; alert to the owner if it stops responding.
Technical statusCameras, disk, actual recording coverage, firmware version, UPS battery.
Home telemetryWater, frost, humidity, power cuts, pool pump.
Coastal inspectionInspection and cleaning of brackets, fixings and seals on properties near the sea.
Service accessIssuing and revoking credentials for gardener, pool or cleaning staff.
ReportingPeriodic report in English or Spanish, with photographs.

Maintenance is optional and involves no lock-in period. It is not an alarm receiving centre service.

The visit first, the quote after

We don't give prices over the phone without seeing the property — that would be making them up.
