Home security in Málaga and its eastern side

From El Limonar to El Candado: systems for the capital's villas, with the local ordinance met as standard and urban wildlife resolved by classification.

Málaga city and its eastern side

EAST SIDE

Villas between city and sea

El Limonar, Cerrado de Calderón, Pinares de San Antón, El Candado: sloping plots, mature vegetation and short sight lines — here the winning mix is usually a well-placed AI camera plus targeted critical planes.

WILDLIFE

Boar in the capital too

30% of the urban boar in the provincial study came from Málaga city. The Montes de Málaga are right there: the animal category stops the nightly false alert.

ORDINANCE

Sirens with a limit

In Málaga city the outdoor siren is capped by ordinance (60 seconds, 85 dBA at 3 m). We deliver within that as standard and compensate with zoned deterrence lighting.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work inside Málaga city?

Yes, across the whole city — with particular activity in the eastern residential zone (El Limonar, Cerrado de Calderón, Pinares de San Antón, El Candado) and the surrounding scattered plots.

My house is in the historic centre. Are there limits on cameras?

In protected areas there can be municipal restrictions on equipment visible from the public street. It is resolved with discreet placement and, where appropriate, prior consultation — we handle it as part of the project.

Does the noise ordinance affect my alarm?

The outdoor siren, yes: duration and sound-level limits in Málaga city. The system is delivered configured within the rule; deterrence is reinforced with light, which has no such limits.

Do you install alarms in Málaga city?

Yes, across the whole city, with particular activity in the eastern residential zone: El Limonar, Cerrado de Calderón, Pinares de San Antón and El Candado.

Security cameras in El Limonar or Cerrado de Calderón?

Yes: these are sloping villas with mature vegetation where AI cameras plus targeted critical planes are usually the most efficient mix.

Does the siren meet the Málaga noise ordinance?

Yes: the system is delivered within the municipal limit (60 seconds, 85 dBA at 3 m) and deterrence is reinforced with zoned lighting.

Can I install cameras in the historic centre of Málaga?

With caveats: protected areas can limit equipment visible from the street. It is resolved with discreet placement and prior consultation where appropriate.

Do you charge for the technical visit?

Along the coast and the metropolitan area, no and without obligation. Inland and in the mountains, travel is agreed in advance — we tell you before booking, not after.

Do you work with existing systems or only install new ones?

Both: upgrading existing systems is one of our two service lines, alongside installing from scratch. A survey with a photo report, reuse of whatever is sound, and one fixed price.

How much does a security system cost here?

It depends on the plot, not the catalogue: surface, subdivision, sight lines, distance to the sea and existing infrastructure. We do not quote by phone; after the visit you get one fixed price.

Do you only work with private homes?

Yes, exclusively: villas, chalets, fincas and urbanisation houses. Not shops or communities as such, though we do cover the individual home inside an urbanisation.

Are you connected to an alarm receiving centre?

No. We are not an ARC and provide no guarding, patrol or physical response: alerts, with an image, reach your phone directly. No compulsory fee.

Is there a monthly fee?

Not a compulsory one. The system works and alerts without a fee; maintenance is optional, with no lock-in, and is not an alarm-receiving-centre service.

Do you install alarms with no monthly fees?

Yes — that is our model. “No fees” here means no receiving centre and no monthly payment for the system to work. You are the owner and the alert reaches you directly.

Do you work in English?

Yes, in English and Spanish, including the handover documentation — a large share of our clients are foreign owners.

What if my alarm gives lots of false alarms?

That is the first thing we fix: image classification with an animal category, vegetation filters and post-installation fine-tuning. See the false-alarms guide.

Can you protect a house that stands empty for months?

Yes, it is one of our specialities: perimeter detection with phone alerts in any country, water and power telemetry, and an hourly heartbeat. See holiday homes.

Do you install radar, LiDAR and thermal cameras?

Yes, choosing the technology by terrain: radar for open ground, LiDAR for critical planes and thermal for long, unlit sight lines.

Is it legal to run cameras at my home in Spain?

Yes, with conditions: an information sign, angles limited to your property (no excess street, never the neighbour's plot) and one month maximum retention. We configure and document it.

How long does installation take?

It depends on the project, but most homes are done in a few days. We give a fixed timeframe in the quote, not an open-ended estimate.

Do you provide a warranty and documentation?

Yes: a handover dossier with inventory, serial numbers, coverage plan, configured settings and what to do on an alert — in your language.

How do I book a visit?

Through the contact form, by email to oficina@aiperimetersystems.eu, or via WhatsApp. The technical visit is free and without obligation.

Shall we talk about your home?

No-obligation technical visit anywhere in the province of Malaga. We work in English and Spanish.
